At Phoenix we believe that learning new skills is an important part of creating opportunities for your future at Phoenix, in future jobs and in life.
Across our six facilities on-the-job training happens every day, in fact it’s what our organisation is built upon. With a full-time training department and trainers covering all facilities, our training officers work closely with supervisors and safety committees to ensure all Phoenix employees have access, when required, to quality training to ensure they have the necessary skills to participate safely in workforce.
